In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal information, HEA&CO promises to maintain completely confidential all the information that our users provide to us, in computerised files owned by said company, which will be the user of said data and whose exclusive purpose is customer assistance, and it will not supply them to third parties.
In some services, which offer the option of filling out a form, we ask for information with the sole purpose of being able to offer them better assistance. Any datum that is provided to us will receive the some confidentiality conditions.
The user can exercise at any time the right of access, rectification, cancellation and objection provided by the law by means of a letter addressed to HEA&CO, on the street Polígono de Santa Fé, C/ Ciudad de Camagüey 11 03660 Novelda (Alicante).
